A 12 Month Workmanship Guarantee in Huntington
DM Plumbing Services, a family run York plumbing and property maintenance business, covers general plumbing in Huntington and the surrounding areas. DM Plumbing Services guarantees all workmanship for 12 months, and parts are covered as well as labour, so a fault that appears afterwards is dealt with.
Is the work guaranteed?
All workmanship from DM Plumbing Services is guaranteed for 12 months. Both the work and the parts are guaranteed. A guarantee is worth what the firm behind it is worth, which is why a local business matters.
Ask what the guarantee covers before the work starts, not after. Cover on the work and cover on the parts are not the same. Get the answer in writing where you can.
Do Pimlico plumbers charge a call out fee?
Their terms are published by them and change, so check at source rather than taking a figure from an article. What we can say plainly is that DM Plumbing Services does not charge a call out fee.
Why is the toilet running constantly?
Constant running is a cistern fault, and there are only two candidates: the float operated inlet, or the outlet seal. Both are parts rather than projects.
Replace it if the ceramic is cracked or nobody makes the spares any more. Cracks leak downwards into the floor, which is why nobody spots them. DM Plumbing Services handles toilet repairs and will tell you honestly which it needs.
How much do wickes charge to fit a kitchen?
That is for them to publish rather than us to repeat, and it changes with the range and the specification. When you compare quotes, establish whether plumbing, electrics and tiling are in the price or extra.
Does a quote cost anything?
DM Plumbing Services gives a free, no obligation quotation, including free in home estimates. Appointments in the evening are available for anybody who cannot be in during the day.
Seeing the job produces a better figure than describing it does. A seized valve or a soft floor does not come across in a description. Establish whether parts, labour, disposal and making good are all in the figure.
DM Plumbing Services works across Huntington and the areas around it, day and night. Ring 07719 999769 to arrange general plumbing.
